(1) The layout of the high-pressure hose should minimize the heat source and eliminate the main performance of the engine exhaust pipe. When necessary, equipment such as waterproof sleeves or maintenance screens can be used to prevent high-pressure hoses from mildew when exposed to heat.
(2) In areas where the high-pressure hose must be crossed or will have friction with the surface of the mechanical equipment during work, use high-pressure hose clamps or elastic yellow and other protectors to prevent damage to the surface of the rubber hose.
(3) When the high-pressure hose must be bent, the bending half warp is not suitable for being too small, and it should exceed 9 times the diameter. The junction between the rubber hose and the connector should have a parallel line that exceeds twice the diameter of the water pipe.
(4) When installing the high-pressure hose, it is necessary to prevent it from being in a tight situation, even if there is no relative speed on both sides of the high-pressure hose, it is necessary to maintain the relaxation of the high-pressure hose, and the tightened high-pressure hose can expand under the working pressure effect, and the compressive strength is reduced.
(5) There is no need to distort the high-pressure hose during the whole installation process. Slight twisting of the high-pressure hose will reduce its compressive strength and loosen the connector, so the assembly line should tighten the connector to the high-pressure hose instead of tightening the high-pressure hose to the connector.
(6) If the high-pressure hose is equipped on the core component, it is recommended to carry out regular maintenance or replacement.
